Parking
We have free car parking on site. Please note that cars are parked entirely at owner’s risk.
Deposits & Cancellations
Shortly after making a booking we ask for a 30% deposit. We can either take this with the credit card details you supply us, or send you a payment link.
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the check-in date will be refunded in full, or given the chance to book another date in the future. Cancellations received between 29 and 7 days before the check-in date will be refunded 50%, or given the chance to book another date in the future. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will forfeit their deposit. No-shows will be invoiced for the full amount for the stay.
Check-in - you can check in from 4pm - 7pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier or later, please get in touch.
Check out – please check out and settle charges by 11am on your day of departure.
Smoking - Little Creek Barn is a non-smoking establishment, but you may smoke outside on the terrace
Dogs - We accept well-behaved dogs on request, depending on occupancy, for a £30 charge. Please put them on a lead when walking on the lanes and please pick up any poop, and be aware there are cows in some of the fields with footpaths. At some times of year the cows may be protective towards their young, and it is safer to give them a wide berth.
